FAQ
Yes. Every company on Settles has its own isolated workspace, enforced at the database level with row-level security. Your jobs, clients, and pay data are never visible to anyone outside your company.
No. Settles tracks hours, calculates what you owe each employee, and shows your monthly profit, but it never touches your bank account. You pay your team however you do today, with accurate numbers to work from.
Yes. Settles is built mobile first. Crews clock in, work checklists, and attach photos from their phone in the browser, no app store download required. The office side works on any laptop or tablet.
You invite them by email from the team page. They accept the invite, set a password, and land in the crew view with their schedule and jobs. No per-seat setup calls, no IT project.
CSV import is on the roadmap but not available yet. Today you add clients and jobs inside the app. Most crews are fully set up within an afternoon, and we are happy to help during early access.
Early access is free with no payment details required. Before paid plans start, we will give you clear notice and honor early access pricing for the accounts that grew with us.
